JOB TYPE: FULL-TIME
Responsibilities:
- Understand Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID), process flow, valve matrix.
- Knowledge in basic networking, electrical drawings/ schematics, layouts
- Design qualification activities - Automation architecture, Bill of Materials (BOM), IO list, Functional specification
- PLC program development in (LAD/ SCL/ STL -EN IEC 61131) for Siemens S7-300/ 400/ 1200/ 1500 series PLCs or any other platform.
- Communication protocols - Profinet, Profibus, Modbus, RS485.
- HMI development for Siemens WinCC Comfort/ Advanced panels or any other platform
- SCADA development for Siemens- WinCC Explorer/ WinCC Professional or any other platform
- C and VB scripts, MS SQL, batch/ recipe reporting
- Commissioning activities, Hardware configuration, testing, execute FAT/SAT - IQ, OQ, PQ with protocols.
- Communication and coordination with cross functional department team members, client and vendors
- Follow GMP, GAMP5, ISA ISPE standards and guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications:

- Equivalent to B.E/ B.Tech - ECE, EEE, CSE. Instrumentation/ Automation courses
Experience
- Min 6+ years in Industrial automation
- Background with Pharma Projects
